Discovering the world is discovering the soul. Leaving urban frontiers and finding places of nature invites us to do as well in the journey of existence: to know our own interior landscapes that lie patiently waiting to be visited and which will open pathways to unexplored places. Claudia Gallegos embarks on this journey through her paintings, causing a genuine yearning in viewers to undertake the same path of self discovering where abstract and figurative merge and blend.
