Amador Montes (Oaxaca, Oax. 1975). His work arises from the hybrid and mestizo imaginary that characterizes contemporary Oaxacan plastic, so rich in referential images of myths, legends and traditions of the indigenous world whose ancestral strength remains alive and pulsative. The natural and animal world have has been present in his paintings in many different manifestations.
