NM Contemporary Gallery presents the exhibition Ficción Particular, this time produced by two mexican artists who share this space in a pictorial exhibition.
Raul Cerrillo (Mexico City, 1977) proposes a work that revolves around the alchemist, the witch and the prophet. Some of his works refer to urban characters as “la mataviejitas” or ” los fraudes electorales ” inspired by news events linked with violence. And expresses its reality and experience as an artist constructing these images from the imagination and fiction, using abstract and figurative elements.
